The Tongues of Fire BBQ Team of Davidsonville United Methodist Church in Davidsonville, Maryland was established in 2006.  The main goal was to help fund church 'VIM' (Volunteers in Mission) trips which help victims of disasters such as hurricanes Katrina and Ike.  As we are also a Christian church ministry it is also a main goal to spread the gospel 'one bite at a time'.  Check out our Event Calendar (below) for upcoming events and BBQ sales!  During warmer months we typically host one sale a month on the first or second Saturday of the month as well as sell during the church Peach & Strawberry festivals.

Tongues of Fire BBQ Ministry Goals Include:

• Financially Self-Sustaining Operations

• Promote and use 'Green' Products and Methods

• Help Fund Missions Trips and the Church General Fund

• To Reach The UnChurched or Under-Churched as a Christian Outreach

• To Increase Fellowship Opportunities within the DUMC Family   

• To spread the gospel, "One Bite at a Time!!!"
